Customs Client Registration Application

As of 01 November 2012, if your company is a New Zealand Registered Company new to importing or exporting out of NZ, you will need to have a Customs Client Registration Number before your goods arrive / leave NZ. Redfort can help you to get this Registration Number quickly. Simply fill in this form and email it to operations@redfortgroup.com Don’t forget to attach your company’s Certificate of Incorporation plus a copy of all the company Directors passports (as required by NZ Customs).

NZ Quarantine Declaration Form

If you are importing / exporting a Full Container Load (FCL) you will need to complete the attached form on your company letterhead. Redfort will submit this - along with your other paperwork - to Customs as part of your Biosecurity application.
